Initiative to rebrand Ghana Health Service - Dr. Patrick Kuma Aboagye

Director General of Ghana Health Service, Dr. Patrick Kuma Aboagye says, there has been an initiative to rebrand Ghana Health Service.

30 years after the establishment of the service, an amount of five million, one hundred and seventeen thousand dollars ($5,1170000) has been signed for the rebranding initiative.

Dr. Patrick Kuma made it clear that the Logo of the Ghana health service has also been discussed to be changed.

"The right word is rebranding. But the objective of the branding is to ensure that we provide the best services to the people of Ghana", he stressed.

"One of the key objectives is to improve quality health care, improve quality of customer health care to our people, provision of signboard to some of the facilities, we also will bring a website", he narrated.

Dr. Patrick Kuma Aboagye added that the source of funds is coming from the facilities ideal, which is the budget management centers.
