Understand legal document before singning- Alfred Tuah Yeboah.

 The Deputy Minister for Justice, Hon. Alfred Tuah Yeboah has revealed that any person on a legal agreement should understand the document in front of them before signing.

Many people become victims because they don't read and understand what is before them, others also can not read and they will put their heads into agreement they don't understand.

There are so many laws covering legal documents either marriage documents, contracts, or employment which can negatively affect the signer.

Speaking at the program organized by 'The Law Reform Commission', An expert round table conference on fare contract terms, Hon. Alfred Tuah Yeboah said, "Why do you sit in a house and sign a legal document while you don't understand without any legal practitioner".

" For instance, signing bank loan document while the signer doesn't understand the interest rate or terms and conditions of the bank", he stated.

Hon. Alfred Tuah Yeboah continued that they, always consult Legal Aid for advice and guild lines on any form of documents before signing.
