Asamankese Beposo Jamestown Election Results: Nii Kwame Odamatey Clinches Victory .

 In a tightly contested election held yesterday, December 19th, 2023, Nii Kwame Odamatey emerged victorious in the Asamankese Beposo Jamestown electoral area district level election in West Akyem Municipality of the Eastern region.

Odamatey secured a decisive win with 317 votes, surpassing his closest competitor, Godfred Kofi Armah, who received 292 votes. The remaining candidates trailed significantly behind, with Samuel Kwame Abeka garnering 175 votes, Gideon Asare receiving 104 votes, Hayford Agyiri collecting 6 votes, and Mensah Atakora securing 103 votes.

This election saw a total of 997 votes cast, marking a voter turnout. The tight race and high participation highlight the engaged citizenry of Asamankese Beposo Jamestown.
